Leaving a legacy does not have to be anything grand or extravagant, it is in the tiny moments of going the extra mile or taking the extra care of details to let someone know you care.
Legacy Creative Company has been my business baby for the last three years and through the brand, I have focused on leaving a solid legacy and creating a powerful brand that has represented my values and my mission.
A legacy is something so strong that it can take multiple shapes and avenues to flourish and that has been what Legacy Creative Company has done. In 2017, I started to feel a pull to leave Legacy Creative Company behind and move everything over to my personal brand, Danielle Roberts, which I had started building out for my book, Created for This. Needless to say, I rebelled because Legacy has meant so much to me and is my business identity. People know my brand as much as they know me.
Fast forward to this Fall and some wise words from my dear friend and strategist, Kelsey Van Kirk, who told me I should combine my brands and businesses into one – under Danielle Roberts. After a lot of fighting with myself and a lot of prayer, that is what I am doing. I am currently in the process of moving my business services and relevant blog posts over to Danielle Roberts.
My mission for Danielle Roberts encompasses what I believe is leaving my legacy – equipping, empowering and encouraging business owners in business, wellness and faith. This mission feels right as I follow it with my vision for the future which states: I serve women business owners by encouraging them to embrace freedom in their businesses, to follow their dreams, and to have spiritual freedom as together we embrace the life we were created for and follow Jesus.
While there has been so much good that has come out of Legacy Creative Company, I am expectant that so much more good will come from being obedient to God’s pull to move over to Danielle Roberts and fulfilling the calling that has been placed upon me.
Thank you for being part of this journey, for your love and support, and I cannot wait to continue that with you on this new part of my business journey.
